Dow Announces Price Increase for Acrylates in North America Midland, MI - June 14, 2006 The Dow Chemical Company and its affiliates (“Dow”) has announced a price increase of $0.06 per pound for acrylic acid and esters (“acrylates”) in North America, effective July 1, 2006. Products included in this increase are glacial acrylic acid, butyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, methyl acrylate and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate.
